Terms & Conditions For STV Workforce Pvt Ltd

Welcome to STV Workforce Pvt Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any contractual engagement with us. By accessing our website, applying for positions, or entering into an agreement with STV Workforce Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Contract Validity & Duration

This contract shall remain valid initially for a period of two (02) years from the date of issue of the Work Order. The contract may further be extended subject to satisfactory performance of services and approval of the Competent Authority. Any extension shall be communicated in writing and shall be governed by the same terms and conditions unless otherwise specified.

For specific project engagements, the duration may vary based on the project requirements. The agency shall provide manpower for the entire project duration as specified in the respective Work Order or Service Agreement.

2. Scope of Services & Manpower Deployment

The agency (STV Workforce Pvt Ltd) shall provide trained and qualified manpower including but not limited to:

  • • Office Assistants
  • • Data Entry Operators (DEO)
  • • Supervisors
  • • Accountants
  • • Security Personnel (Armed & Unarmed Guards, Bouncers)
  • • Field Staff for Survey & Census Operations
  • • Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
  • • Drivers
  • • IT Consultants & Technical Staff
  • • Other support manpower as required for projects

For projects like Census 2027 in Delhi NCR Region, the agency shall deploy manpower across various government offices, district administrations, field units, and local bodies as per operational requirements. Deployment may be carried out in offices of District Magistrate (DM), Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Tehsil Offices, Revenue Department, Block Development Offices (BDO), Anganwadi Centers, District Committees, Census/Survey Field Offices, and other departmental units.

3. Verification & Eligibility Requirements

All personnel deployed by the agency shall undergo mandatory verification processes before deployment:

  • Police Verification: Each candidate must have a valid police verification certificate from the concerned authorities.
  • Character Verification: Background check and character certificate from a gazetted officer or recognized authority.
  • Educational Qualification Verification: Original certificates and mark sheets shall be verified for authenticity.
  • Professional Experience Verification: Previous employment records and experience certificates shall be validated.

Deployed personnel must be disciplined and efficient in their work. Any misconduct, negligence, or violation of client rules may result in immediate replacement or termination.

4. Remuneration & Statutory Compliance

The agency shall ensure timely payment of wages and compliance with all statutory obligations including:

  • Employees' Provident Fund (EPF): As per EPF Act and applicable Government norms
  • Employees' State Insurance (ESI): Applicable strictly as per Government rules and eligibility criteria notified under the ESI Act
  • Goods & Services Tax (GST): As applicable under GST laws
  • Minimum Wages Act: Compliance with state-wise minimum wage requirements
  • Other Labor Laws: Including but not limited to Contract Labor Act, Bonus Act, and applicable regulations

The proposed manpower remuneration includes salary, EPF, and statutory compliance as per applicable Government norms and labor laws.

5. Identity Cards & Access Control

The agency shall issue photo-identity cards to all personnel deployed. It shall be mandatory for all personnel to wear their photo-identity cards during duty hours within the office premises, project sites, or client locations. The identity card shall display:

  • • Full name of the personnel
  • • Photograph
  • • Designation/Post
  • • Agency name (STV Workforce Pvt Ltd)
  • • Validity period
  • • Client/project name (if applicable)

Loss or damage of identity card must be reported immediately, and a duplicate card may be issued at a nominal fee.

6. Performance & Service Standards

The agency is committed to providing high-quality workforce and security services. The following standards apply:

  • • All personnel shall be punctual, disciplined, and professionally dressed
  • • Personnel shall follow all safety protocols and client-specific guidelines
  • • Any complaint regarding personnel conduct or performance shall be addressed within 24-48 hours
  • • Replacement of unsatisfactory personnel shall be provided at no additional cost
  • • Regular training and skill development programs shall be conducted for deployed staff

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personnel deployed by STV Workforce Pvt Ltd shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information, data, or documents they access during their employment. Any breach of confidentiality shall be treated as a serious offense and may result in immediate termination and legal action as per applicable laws.

The agency shall not share any client-specific data, project details, or internal communications with any third party without prior written consent from the client or Competent Authority.

8. Termination of Contract

Either party may terminate this contract under the following conditions:

  • By Client: The client may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice if the agency fails to perform satisfactorily. Immediate termination may apply in cases of gross negligence, security breach, or violation of laws.
  • By Agency: The agency may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice if payment dues remain unresolved for more than 60 days.
  • Mutual Agreement: Both parties may agree to terminate the contract at any time with written consent.

Upon termination, the agency shall ensure smooth handover of all assets, documents, and access credentials to the client.

9. Indemnification & Liability

The agency shall indemnify and hold harmless the client against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • • Negligent acts or omissions of deployed personnel
  • • Non-compliance with statutory obligations (EPF, ESI, labor laws)
  • • Breach of confidentiality or data protection
  • • Any violation of applicable laws or regulations

The liability of the agency shall be limited to the value of the contract for the specific project or service period.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

STV Workforce Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
