- • This contract remains valid initially for a period of two (02) years from the date of issue of the Work Order and may further be extended subject to satisfactory performance and approval of the Competent Authority.
- • For projects like Census 2027 in Delhi NCR Region, the agency shall provide trained and qualified manpower including Office Assistants, Data Entry Operators, Supervisors, Accountants, Security Personnel, Field Staff, Multi-Tasking Staff and other support manpower as required.
- • All personnel deployed by the agency shall be properly verified with regard to police verification, character verification, and educational qualifications before deployment.
- • The agency shall ensure timely payment of wages and compliance of all statutory obligations including EPF, ESI, GST and applicable labor laws.
- • The agency shall issue photo-identity cards to all personnel, which must be worn during duty hours within office premises.
