3. Contract Terms & Data Retention

Our engagement with personnel and clients is governed by formal contracts. As per our standard terms:

  • • This contract remains valid initially for a period of two (02) years from the date of issue of the Work Order and may further be extended subject to satisfactory performance and approval of the Competent Authority.
  • • For projects like Census 2027 in Delhi NCR Region, the agency shall provide trained and qualified manpower including Office Assistants, Data Entry Operators, Supervisors, Accountants, Security Personnel, Field Staff, Multi-Tasking Staff and other support manpower as required.
  • • All personnel deployed by the agency shall be properly verified with regard to police verification, character verification, and educational qualifications before deployment.
  • • The agency shall ensure timely payment of wages and compliance of all statutory obligations including EPF, ESI, GST and applicable labor laws.
  • • The agency shall issue photo-identity cards to all personnel, which must be worn during duty hours within office premises.

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
